Designed by Canadian artist Tony Bianco, the $1 coin in the 2025 Birthday Gift Card Set captures the excitement of a birthday celebration through its depiction of a polar bear with a party hat and balloons, standing upright and dancing carefree, as confetti falls all around them. The obverse features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Canadian artist Steven Rosati.
