  • The stone is set within a striking Art Nouveau-inspired design captured in painstaking detail with exquisite engraving and shading.
  • Low mintage of only 4,000 means that this coin is sure to be sought after by collectors.
  • A unique addition to your Canadiana, nature-themed, or embellished coin collection.

DESIGN:
The reverse design by Canadian artist Tony Bianco features a central maple-shaped drusy stone set within a circle of engraved maple leaves. Designed by Mr. Bianco to highlight the autumnal beauty and textural depth of the drusy stone, the dynamic engraved background features a swirling torrent of painstakingly engraved maple leaves. This central image is encircled by Art Nouveau-inspired scrollwork that lends the coin a distinctly jewellery-like feel. The reverse is engraved with the word “CANADA” and the face value of “20 DOLLARS.” The obverse features the date “2016” and the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.
